The Avento exercise bar is easy to use. It allows you to do a wide variety of exercises, which will strengthen your back, abdomen, legs, shoulders and arms. The bar is equipped with a foam cover to provide a comfortable grip during your work-out, improve your endurance, balance and agility. In addition, you can vary your strength exercises by switching between the two supplied sets of elastic resistance tubes, use both arms and legs and execute the exercise in either a lying or standing position.
